  • Historical swimming results and meet data retrieved from supported data sources.
  • Subscription and entitlement information processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
  • Device, app, and diagnostic data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

Splits uses information to:

  • operate swimmer search, results, meet pages, comparison, and premium analysis features;
  • save favorites, recents, onboarding state, and display preferences;
  • verify subscription status and provide premium access;
  • debug, secure, and improve app performance; and
  • respond to support and account-related requests.

How information is shared

Splits may share information with service providers that support app functionality, including hosting, subscription management, analytics, and customer support. Subscription billing is handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Splits does not sell personal information.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data stored locally on a device can often be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
